private-inbox-agent is used only by its owner, Rolf Zipf, for his own Google account (rolf.zipf@gmail.com). No other users.
Gmail messages (read, label, create drafts), files it creates in Google Drive, and one Google Doc it appends to.
Only to sort the owner's mail, draft replies for his review, file invoices and summarise newsletters. Message text is processed by the Anthropic API to produce classifications and drafts. Data is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any other purpose.
A small state database (message IDs and labels) is kept on a server in Germany operated for the owner. Access tokens are stored on that server only.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
